Your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we process and use your data in a secure manner, in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement, we explain what data we collect and why we do this. You can also read in this statement what your rights are with regard to this processing.   • Suegraphy is a VOF owned by Erwin and Suzanne van de Zande, located in Veenendaal (3904 JN), Lunenburg 50. We are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 69029520. We are the data controller of your personal data.

  • Here you will find an overview of the data we process about you, why we do this, what legal basis we have for processing this data and how long we retain data.

    We process your name, address, place of residence, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail and other data necessary to provide our services to you. You can think of the special personal data we process by putting you on the photo and contact information of your master of ceremonies. We use this data to make you a satisfied customer for the duration of our agreement. We keep the data for 1 year after our last contact.

    To manage your order we keep your name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone number, purchase history and payment information in our customer file for 7 years after the conclusion of our agreement. We do this out of head of execution and possible amendment of the agreement.

    We use a portfolio on our website and social media channels to show previous work to potential clients. We will process your name and photos if you have given us permission to do so when entering into the agreement. We keep the photos in our archive indefinitely, until you request their removal.

    For invoicing and financial administration we process your name, company name (if applicable), billing address, e-mail, bank details and outstanding balance. Without this data we cannot process your payment and need the data for the execution of the agreement. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities we have to keep this data for 7 years. After this period we remove this data.

    In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, e-mail, phone number, customer number and the content of this complaint to come to the best possible solution for you. We use these data for an optimal execution of the agreement. We remove data relating to complaints 1 year after settlement.

    We have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your name, address, place of residence, email, phone number, age, occupation, relationship status and social media account for direct marketing and social media marketing. We delete this data as soon as you indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by us.

    To enable and optimize this website, we use analytics and retargeting services. We have a commercial interest in using your surfing behavior and related data to analyze and improve my service. We will track your use of our website with Squarespace website analytics.

    The analytics services use cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit this website and then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of the device you are using to visit my website. These cookies will not damage your devices.

    To enable us to post reviews of our services, we process your name, age, (wedding) date and content of your message. And when you want to contact us through the website, we ask for your name, e-mail and phone number. When you post your message or submit the contact form, this information becomes visible to us. We may post reviews of our services on our website out of commercial interest. We delete the data from a sent contact form as soon as the contact request has been completed, unless this results in an agreement.

    Finally, we process your name, user name and the content of your message when you leave a comment on our articles or messages. These data are automatically visible and stored until you delete your comment or we delete our message.

    Additionally: when we process your data outside the EU, we ensure appropriate (security) measures.

  • We have obtained the above information from you as a client or website visitor, because you have provided us with this information. It is also possible that we have obtained your data from one of our clients if you are also present during the shoot. Finally, we may obtain your data through one of our cooperation partners or a client who wants to offer you our services.

  • The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights with regard to the personal data you have allowed us to process.

    Consultation - You may at any time submit a request to Suegraphy to inspect your data.

    Amendment - If, on the basis of the inspection, you wish to have your data amended, corrected, supplemented, blocked or deleted, you may submit a request to that effect.

    Objection - You may object to the processing of your data.

    Data transfer - Should you wish to transfer your data to another provider, we will provide your data in a structured and common form that can be accessed by common digital systems.

    Withdrawal - If we have processed data on the basis of your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may affect the services we can provide to you.

    To exercise your rights, please send a request to hello@suegraphy.com. We will review your request as soon as possible. If we cannot fulfill your request, we will provide an explanation.

  • Suegraphy does not provide your data to third parties, unless this is necessary for the conduct of our business or required by a legal obligation. Your data may be passed on to processors, parties involved in the execution of our agreement and external consultants for the execution of the agreement. We conclude processing agreements with these third parties to optimally protect your privacy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
